Well we have come to the end of the assignment. Over the past weeks time has been taken out of our busy work day to hone our skills in the Web 2.0 sphere. Based on what I have observed among my co-workers I would have to say that it was an overwhelming success! We are all much closer to being on the same page with our knowledge and better able to serve our customers.
